Anyone have any idea why our SNMP traps are not readable on W2K3 server?
When we do an smtpwalk from the monitoring server, we receive host
unreachable errors.

TIA.

Traps are sent, not read. It sounds like you have a communication error
between the two boxes, not an SNMP problem. W/o more info, only you can
troublehshoot this.
