Hi,

I'm using Zabbix (www.zabbix.com) for monitoring and my Ethernet interface
index is 16777219. There is a way to modify interface index to something
like "2" in windows 2000 snmp?

Using snmpwalk from a linux box I receive this:

snmpwalk -c public -v 2c 172.28.0.2| grep Descr

IF-MIB::ifDescr.1 = STRING: MS TCP Loopback interface
IF-MIB::ifDescr.16777219 = STRING: IBM 10/100 Ethernet Server Adapter

Same result in PRTG tool.

Thanks,

Paulo Estrela
