I am trying to find the correct OID and/or MIB definition (if it even
exists) that will return the list of currently running processes on a
server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are looking for hrSWRunTable, 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.4.2, which is
in HOST-RESOURCES (RFC1514).
