SNMP.exe dose not exit gracefully after opening 2 manger sessions

Hello,
Im opening 2 SNMP manager sessions from a SNMP agent which is developped
under microsfot extensible agent architecture. With Win2k, this works
perfectly. But under Windows 2003 server, SnmpMgrClose for both manager
sessions return success, but the SNMP.exe gives problems at stopping the SNMP
service. I tried with both NULL and the session handle as parameters for
SnmpMgrClose, but still the same, service get crash at stopping

If anyone cud ehlp me on this, it will be great.
