SNMP counters for external monitoring

Hello,

I'd like to setup WMS to return SNMP counters' values to an external
monitoring system. To be more specific I'm interested in some OIDs of the
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.7.13 branch.
I've tried recompiling the mib.bin but with no success. What's more, I've
observed that if I remove/rename the mib.bin and restart the SNMP service, I
get the standard counters' values like I'd been getting before I removed the
file, which are some of the 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2. branch.

Where is the file that specifies SNMP agent's objects? I've come across 2
opinions. One states, it's %Systemroot%System32/mib.bin and the other, that
it's %Systemroot%mib.bin. I've tried them both, none works properly.
