SNMP on 2003 SP1 not responding

I have a new server with Server 2003 and SP1 installed. I cannot get it
respond to SNMP requests from remote hosts. UDP port 161 is open on the
Windows Firewall and the SNMP service is set to allow requests from all
hosts. Any ideas

I met the same trouble with http service after applied the latest
patchs. I guess some bugs in M05-018(?). Suggest you uninstall sp1 and try.
