We have a Windows 2003 Server running SMTP and Routing and Remote Access
Services.

We are forwarding outbound emails to an internal (private IP 10.x.x.x.)
which SMTP Services is running on for delivery.

I recently enabled the Routing and Remote Access Services for VPN and Dialup
clients. VPN clients can connect work work fine. But the SMTP Outbound
email is failing to deliver email with RRAS enabled. As soon as I disable
RRAS than SMTP Outbound email works.

What am I missing here?

do you have two NICs? If yes, check the NAT and routing table.

Yes, there are two NIC's on the SMTP & RRAS Server. What am I'm looking to
change on the NAT and Routing table?

You are best off separating the RRAS system from the email system onto two
different servers.

We used to run RAS and SMTP on the same server using Windows NT4 and worked
fine. Now we are wanting to run on Windows 2003. What's the difference?
