SMC2804WBR v.2

I have used the above router with an ADSL modem in Germany for two
years andnow want to set it up in the UK. In Germany the provider
supplied a DSL modem to which I simply attached the router, which I
could then configure.
In the UK the providers (BT, Tiscali, etc.) normally supply USB modems
so that I need to get hold of a separate ethernet DSL modem. Would the
Linksys AM200 ADSL2+ Modem work with the router? Would it also have to
be
configured - not just the router? Where would I obtain the information
for the modem - or would it simply duplicate the information put into
the router? Are ther any useful web pages that I should look at?
I would be grateful for any assistance on changing countries and
systems...
