You won't be able to obtain this kind of security under Windows 98. So long
as all computers share the same router connection they all will be visible
to each other.
If you truly need this level of isolation, you need two more routers - one
for each group of computers you want invisible to the other. You'll need to
set each router up on a different subnet (IP addressing range) then connect
the two new routers to the existing router for your Internet connection. If
all three routers are configured correctly, each group will be isolated from
the other but still able to tap into the Internet.
