Slow speed on DM9102

I have a DAVICOM network adapter (TULIP compatible).
I´ve configured it with the tulip driver and everything went ok.
When i started tranfering files, i noticed that the speed would not go
better than 600Kb/s.
I checked if it was configured to 100baseTx-FD with mii-diag, and
everything is ok.

Any ideas?
