Slow Pipex NG access

I have just gone onto PIPEX ADSL from a Freeserve dial up account. If I go
to a subscribed newsgroup I get a list of posts instantly but if I click on
a post to read its contents it takes up to 20 seconds before any text is
displayed. On my dial up account I had no such problems. Is this a Pipex
issue or is a setting on my Outlook Express not set right.

This is a PIPEX issue that they are trying to fix. If it is just text groups
you are wanting to read change your newsgroup server to
"news-text.dsl.pipex.com" as this is a faster server.
