Hi Guys,

Really stuck on this and need some Ideas?

Basically a new that was running Windows 2000 Server and Exchange 2000 has
new been updated to a New Server running Windows 2003 Standard Server and
another Server running Exchange 2003. Client has over 40 Workstations,
Network Anti Virus in NAV Corp.

On all the systems when anyone logs in and clicks on all programs or
programs on the windows XP workstations it takes between 15-30 Seconds before
it displays all the installed programs? again when opening MSN Messenger it
does the same between 1-5 seconds to open a chat session?

Any Ideas,

Regards
Greg Remer

Find out where the latency is. Use a sniffer to check out the network. Use
perfmon to check local machines. How fast is name resolution on the network?
