Slow outgoing mail through Eclipse?

Is anyone else noticing that mail is taking anything up to 2 hours to be
received from eclipse broadband accounts?

mail was taking 2 hours to be received at my work account (demon)
yesterday and its taking about an hour today.

the same delay is there when sending to a tesco account also, i guess
this is a problem everyone is suffering with at the mo?

Had this yesterday but now seems to be ok again

some messages were delivered in 15 mins but i'm still waiting for one
message that was sent at lunchtime
