Slow Network

My network is very slow at log on and looses my drive maping connection very
often, even from pc'sconnected to the network right in the computer room. I
have 3 Windows Server 2003 connected to two Nortell Baystack 450 switches -
no logon scripts. Can someone tell me what the problem might be and point me
in the right direction for a solution?

With only the brief details you've provided, I would guess that you have
misconfigured the DNS settings on your client.

Your clients and member servers should point only to your internal DNS
servers. You should use a forwarder on your DNS server to allow resolution
of external DNS names.
