use 3 PC's with 10/100 ethernet switch. pinging seems oke,
firewalls are down. All three same the same network setup,
although different PCI Ethernet cards.
two communicate at max speed. the other one max at
10kB/sec.
direct peer-to-peer connection using a X-cable doesn't
bring anything.

What can be the reasons and solution?
