Slow Network Connection

Would anyone know what the problem would be with the Windows Server 2003
Standard Edition. SP2. (HPDL360). The problem started occurring when we
upgraded the hard drive from 75GB hard drive to a 300GB hard drive. It
only occurs when I try to access shared folders over the network. When I
am logged on to the server it shows the contents immediately and it
takes 10 to 40 seconds to show the contents over the network. What can I
do to eliminate this problem. I really need to resolve the issue
immediately.

What hard drive did you upgrade? The system drive?

Yes, we changed out the system hard drive with a new one and mirrore
the old hard drive to the new one
