have a home network 2 machines running 98se and mine
running Win ME all connected with 3Com 10/100 cards,
throught a 3Com switch, router access for all 3 to the
internet. all running tcpip with a DHCP server

The 98se machines have no problems, file sharing, access
to internet, and using shared resources. The ME machine
trouble !

File sharing starts fine for the first couple of seconds
then it slows, and slows, and then stops with an error
message "cant find network resource"

I have swapped hardware tried different motherboards, Bios
upto date and latest drivers, it all seems to center
around Win ME

I have heard somewhere that ME Has got the early version
of Win2K tcpip and this problem is common but I cant find
any fixes or information to help

CANY ANYONE HELP !
