There are problems using ICS and a local DNS/DHCP server. ICS assumes
that it is acting as a DNS proxy and as a DHCP-style allocator.
The alternative is to use RRAS/NAT instead of ICS. The RRAS setup wizard
will configure this for you. If you leave it at the default settings it will
not try to act as a DNS proxy or DHCP allocator. It will just do NAT.
Set DHCP to hand out the server's LAN IP for gateway and DNS addresses.
Modify your local DNS to forward to a public DNS (such as your ISP).
