Slow file transfer from xp to win 2003

I'm getting very slow file transfers to and from my
windows 2003 server with windows xp. I'm only having this
problem if AD is deployed. When AD is not active the file
transfer is very fast. Anyone have this problem?

Disable SMB Signing, and see if it helps.
