Do you have the ip address of the local DNS server as the
only DNS in the TCP/IP setting on the client WS's? If
not, then this may be the cause of your slow logins.
More often than not, slow logins is the result of
improper DNS settings.
You WS's DNS should be the IP address of your DC/DNS
server. At the server, you DNS should have the ISP DNS
servers set as forwarders. Hope this helps.
