slow copying to a server

I have a Dell 1950 that is running Windows 2003 Enterprise that is having an
issue.

We have a number of other servers running 2003 and 2008.

If I am on the console of the 1950, I can copy to and from any other
computer without an issue.

If I am on any other computer and try to copy to or from the 1950, it takes
for ever.
For instance, I have an 8MB file that if I copy and paste from or to any
other server, except the 1950, its instantaneous.

If Im on the console of the 1950 and copy or paste the same file to any
computer, its instantaneous.

If Im on any other computer and try to paste the same 8MB file to the 1950,
it takes 7 to 11 MINUTES.

The nic is built in. But, I have updated the driver to the latest release,
changed ethernet cables, switched ports on the switch, and even changed
switches.

Any other thoughts? Things to try?
