I am running 45 xp installs on a hybrid 2003/NT4 server
network. I have all DNS, DHCP, ands Wins are all on the
2003 side. There is only one NT domain controller
running at a location on the WAN. I have a 1gig switch
for my server backbone and the workstations are all on a
100 meg switch. Some of my machines, at the main
location, pop up without hestitaion while others take
forever to come up. The paths all look ok and have not
found any unusual software running. Is there anyway to
tweak the speed of the startup and browsing?
