SkyBB prob Again

Something strange is happening with my internet. I used to sync around
2600kbps, but since friday i cannot even get close to that. What
happened was that on friday the speed droped to around 1200kbps and
everytime i would restart it would get lower. Then and saturday it got
really bad 300kbps and by sunday it was at 128kbps. Attenuation was
going up and down all the time but the noise margin was always around
9db 20db. On monday i was about to ring up sky but then i checked the
router and it was syncing at 2400kbps. I thought it might be slow
because of all the restarts and the speed would increase but not the
case. I went down to 1100kbps at night and then today max it has done
is 1400kbps. What could be the problem. I thought it may have been the
microfilters, or the router but the all became fine yesterday and i
thought it may have been an exchange problem. Where can i get
information about problems at exhanges?

This is exactly what happened to me!

All other users assume it's the end user's problem and not an issue with
their ISP.
My service has now gone pretty back near to normal.
