Sky broadband CONNECT offer

Sky Broadband emailed me at the weekend with their usual message that my
exchange was not on their network yet BUT this time they offered their
CONNECT (normal BT ADSL) product at only 5 pounds/month!! I presume that
they can only do this if they now have a fairly exact timescale to LLU the
Exchange in the near future.

Anyone else had this?

Pump your exchange into http://www.samknows.com/broadband/ for information
on SKY LLU TDs.
Its more than likely that they use blanket marketing per county.
