It doesn't in my experience - perhaps it's a local issue ?

Likewise, no issues here. Are you LLU?

What are your usual router stats and what do they do at 9pm?

Radio ham between you and the exchange? Taxi firm?

My BB used to drop around 11pm every night - the noise margin dropped
through the floor. Luckily it's stopped doing it now.

It doesn't have to be in your house, it could be in any house
connected to the same CAB as you, or your nextdoor neighbour & not
neccesarily (or even normally) a Taxi Firm or radio ham/CB operator.

Unlikely.
I have sky BB and I AM a radio ham.
I can transmit and it doesn't affect my broadband at all.
I would guess the same goes for most radio hams as we all use the internet
for "spotting" while we are on the radio or for doing other things at the
same time.

clearly you are a professional user with decent equipment. Not all
are, and generally you'll find anyone with a mast lumped under the
heading of 'radio ham'.
