(This will be a repeat due to poor remailer/nntp interface)

Here's a url for Skip and his problems with the Senao 2611 CB radio.

http://socalfreenet.org/CB5

Have found several other complaints on Senao products, mostly due to poor firmware,
and in particular on this model series. Also several posts about poor range
of Senao products, not meeting their advertised claims.

Thanks so much for this - I'd looked at, and wondered about this unit.
However, I have to say, especially after reading some of the reviews,
that I don't believe I'll be getting another Senao (anything) unit if I
end up starting over from scratch.

Being as stubborn as I am, there are a couple of remaining tests I want
to run on the ones I have, after which, I'll put them on ebay for
whatever they're worth.

Thanks again.
