Sipgate Voicemail

Hi, Does anyone know if you can change the voicemail greeting on Sipgate?
Can't find any info on the site and clicking on voicemail settings does not
show anything?

Dial in, then 0 for personal options then record the greeting.

Only option 1 (unavailable) seems to work at the moment. Options 2 (busy
greeting) and 3 (name) don't work. Not sure why as they did a couple of
weeks ago.

Done this but when I press 0 nothing is happening. None of the numbers are
responding via X-Lite but they work fine if I make a call via the 1899
software. I set the DTMF to yes as stated on the site but still not
responding.

Have you checked the DTMF settings in Xlite?
