Yes there are problems. It creates a situation where the NAT process creates
a packet where both the source and destination MAC address in the packet is
the same address which causes it to fail.
You need more than one public external IP#. you then assing it to a test
machine and do you testing from that machine which is now on the "outside".
If you have a dialup account you can use, then you could do it by dialing up
that account and using it as you base to test from.
