Looking at the RJ-45 Connector with the tang facing away from you, you want:
W/O O/W W/G Bl/W W/Bl G/W W/Br Br/W

W/G G/W W/O Bl/W W/Bl O/W W/Br Br/W
Wire your cable like that, and you'll be fine. One end should already
look like the top line. Just snip off the other end and crimp on a new
connector wired like the bottom.
If you don't have a crimper, it may be cheaper to head to RadioShack or
Best Buy or Office Depot or Staples and buy a crossover cable.
