That is not a simple question. There is not enough information.
There are:
1. Network settings
2. Workgoups
3. Domains
4. Local user accounts
5. Domain user accounts
6. Machine accounts when domain members
7. DNS Settings when Active Directory
...just to name a few.
Now yours may be very simplified but we still need to know how yours is
rigged up and what you have attempted at this point.
