shutdown

Hi all

I installed a d-link, dwl G520+ wireless , and my pc does'nt shut down
anymore, when I shutdown he restarts
os xp pro
can someone put me on the right track

Hi Rami,

I have the exact same issue. I thought it had something to do with
BIOS settings such as "ACPI/APM" and wake-up on lan. I've disabled all
that in my BIOS but it's still the same.

Un-install the d-link and see if you have the same problem. I had the
same problem but it was with Roxio Easy CD Creator. There is a patch on
their site.

If that doesn't work, post this in the MS public group for XP. That is
where I found my solution.
