I have notice in various configurations that Applet airport systems
(both clients and access point) can not communicate with 3Com systems
unless the preamble is switched to absent (not short or long) in all
participant peers. Have anyone experienced simmilar problems or has
related info?

Some people told me that Apple Airport is not really WiFi compliant,
even if Apple says so. Any opinion/experience to that respect?

Thanks in advance for any help/comment!
