Hello People,

I'm running SUSE Linux desktop 10.0 and I have configured my Netgear WG111 wireless USB 2.0 nic to work with my router using ndiswrapper 1.10. The problem I'm having is staying connected... meaning if I do a - ---> "iwconfig wlan0 essid WiLAN" , my nic connects... for about 30 seconds. I run that command, then just run a iwconfig to see that I am properly connected to my access point, if I run ifconfig, I can see that the system has pulled from DCHP, and IF I am fast enough I can send off a ping to somewhere and get a reply. 30 seconds isnt cutting it....

I've created a script that sets the iwconfig essid ever 20 seconds but I KNOW this can't be the answer.. hopefully somebody out there can tell me what i'm doing wrong because I dont get it...
