Sharing a Wired Printer over Wireless Network

I have a wireless router with an XP machine hard-wired to it (ie. via
ethernet cable). There is a printer attached via USB to this PC. I have set
the properties of the printer to allow sharing. When I connect to the router
via a wireless link with my laptop I cannot see the printer which I think I
should be able to if it is set to share. If I browse for printers it shows me
the name of the Workgroup set up on the PC but no printers under it. Any
ideas how I "find" the printer so that I can add it on my laptop and
therefore print to it?

Whether it is wire or wireless should not matter, the issue is correct File
and printer sharing.
