sharing a tv card, how?

I have a tv card on one computer I want to share the tv
watching capabilities with other computers on my network.
Is this possible and if it is how do i do it?

Result of google search-have never tried it.

Later, Yes, it works, but is in a semi-early state of development.
It took a lot of screwing around to get it going and it wasn't very stable,
but it did allow me to watch TV on my laptop from the TV card on
my desktop. Wireless. and change channels too.
