Sharing modem over the lan to access internet

Hi

I have a shared modem on my server , is working find , i can access the
internet.

My problem is , have got one workstation connect to the server through a
switch and i also want it to access the internet through the shared modem.I
have tried everything but still i cant fix the problem, both dchp server and
client are enabled. This are my IP address settings

Server

Ethernet adapter
Auto Conf Ip Address 196.254.132.92
Subnet Mask 255.255.0.0
Default ------------

ppp adapter mweb(modem)
DHCP Disable( obtain automatically is checked on modem ip settings)
ip address 196.23.246.188
subnet 255.255.255.255
default 196.23.246.188
DNS 196.2.45.101
196.2.24.10

Client or Worstation

Ethernet adapter
Auto Conf Ip Address 196.254.23.99
Subnet Mask 255.255.0.0
Default ------------

What are you using to share the Internet connection?
