Sharing Files and folders with Windows XP

One computer has Win 98 the other Windows XP. I connect
via internet with a router and DSL Modem.

How do I get the two computers to share files. Each can
connect to the internet.

Run XP's Network Setup Wizard on both computers and tell it that they
connect to the Internet through a residential gateway (router):
