That is a pretty unusual setup, so it is most unlikely that you will
find a document describing how to set it up. I presume that this is a dialup
connection from your server to the remote machine, not the other way around.
The fact that it connects to a private network rather than to the
Internet should not really make much difference. You should still be able to
share the connection using RRAS/NAT. NAT still works if both sides are
private networks. If the LAN has no other external connections it should
just work. If this LAN already has an Internet connection through some other
gateway, you will need extra routing to get the traffic for the dialup
connection to the RRAS server instead of the default gateway.
