"Sharing and Security" gone from context menu, but can share from

Well, I'm kind of puzzled. I'm sure I brought this on myself by cloning a
server install and then running Newsid (we have sufficient licenses for
installs). But the original machine also no longer has the sharing and
security option when you right click a folder.

From the cmd line, I can use Net share to share folders. I can reach the
folders over the network.

Any ideas? Oh, I also turned off 8.3 file names, but I turned that back on.
Very surprised and puzzled.

Clone it again and use SysPrep instead of NewSid.

I don't think you should try this if it is a DC.
