Shares disconnect after an hour or so

We have 19 workstations on a Windows 2003 Server domain. 3 of these
workstations lose connection to shares located on the server after varying
periods of time - all over an hour. The workstations are all XP SP2. 1 of the
workstations has a static IP address with static DNS settings and the other 2
have dynamic IP. The users must restart the computers to recover working
drive mappings. Any help is appreciated.
