Shared printer

I have 2 PC's.

#1 uses XP Media OS with NetGear WGT624 v3 wirless router & Linksys PSUS4
wired print server & HP970Cse printer.

#2 Uses XP Home OS.

Wireless network works correctly (I share internet connection).

How do I set-up router & print server so both PC's can use same printer

Router has nothing to do with your printing so you can drop it from the
picture.

Follow the client print setup instructions that came with the print server
for both setting up the print server and for the clients to access the print
server attached printer.
