Shared printer not found in add printer wizard

The printer is checked for sharing on the connected laptop. My other laptop
can't find it in the add printer wizard. When I run the browse command in
add printer wizard, the wizrd does not recognize anything past Windows
Network after searching for printers.

Any suggestions?
