Shared Modem Services

We used to utilise the shared modem service available in Windows 2000 server
but have just upgraded to Windows 2003 server. Is there an alternative
service that allows client machines to dial-out through a modem on the
server? We really need this functionality for our accounts department and the
financial software they use.
