How to share your 3g/gprs dataconnection with surrounding wlan users?

Hi,
I have laptop (Win XP) with wlan connection + I have 3G phone with flate
rate all you can eat data connection. I can make connection from the PC to
internet using my 3G phone... but can I share the same connection to others
through my wlan interface... I assume yes, but I do not have idea how or
using which sw :-)

Any suggestions?
