I have userA who is not part of the domain because he connects to pc's at
other companies and does not want to be part of any domain, yet he attaches
and looks at all the shares. UserB is a domain client and he created a share
on Program Files in his computer. He allowed Everyone modify but userA can
ot connect to it. Is is because he is not part of the domain? He can see the
domain shares without a problem. Thanks in advance

I am not sure I understand the problem. You may want to create a userB on
the computer. Or this search result may help.

resources" ... Message: "....is not accessible. You may not have permission
to use this network ...

Sorry but i don't know how else to explain it. The bottom line is that userA
can not access the share that userB created. UserA is not part of the
domain; he logs on his computer local and works out of the network shares he
sees from My Network Places. Although userA is not part of the domain, he
should be able to see all the shares correct?

It depends how you share it. If you add everyone, userB should be able to
see every thing. However, we don't recommend to add everyone on the sharing
folder. So you just create the same username as userB in the domain. This
search result may help too.
