Share Printer on Wireless ad-hoc network

Since I replaced an Epson 480SXU printer with an Epson R300M, being able to
print from any of the networked printers is almost a random event with "not
printing" being the norm. There was never a problem with the old printer. I
am using Linksys wireless-G usb adapters and a Linksys wireless-G PC card on
a laptop.
I have installed the new drivers on all the computers.
