Hi
I am new to Mandrake, which I have just installed on my dual-boot
(windows/mandrake) machine. The thing is that I need to share my
internet connection with two other windows computers.
In windows, I can have two IPs for my server (and only one network
card), and run a program called CCProxy. I have to do this because teh
server gets the internet over an 'external' LAN. All I have to do is
set the other machines to use mine as a gateway. Basically, the set up
looks like this:
(INTERNET) EXTERNAL LAN
|
SERVER
|
(INTERNAL LAN) COMP 1<------> (INTERNAL LAN) COMP 2
The external LAN is a class A address (10.0.3.x) and the internal LAN
is a class C address (192.168.0.x). So the server has an IP address
from each class.
How do I do this in Mandrake?
Thanks,
Zach
