I have 2 adsl lan 1,2mb, I need to balance internet band with my 40
client. How i can do it?
It 's possible. on my server I install windows 2003 server

Have you considered a proxy server or cheap router?

I'd use a router or firewall appliance that can handle load
balancing/failover between the two. Cisco - or certain Sonicwalls (with the
optional port & the Sonicwall enhanced OS upgrade).

But is there some SW solution? (whitout any hardware)

Maybe, not that I know of. I wouldn't try it anyway.
