Setup won't detect MN-520

I have an MN-520, trying to install it onto my Dell
Inspiron 2650.
During the Microsoft Broadband Utility setup, it prompts
me to insert the MN-520 card, but it won't see it. The
card inserts fine and both green lights come on.

The card appears in Device Manager though (as expected)
with a yellow exclamation because the driver isn't
installed properly.

Any ideas how I can solve this? I've already been to
Dell and made sure my cardbus controller driver is up to
date.
