SEtup Wizard Stops

Trying to setup an MN500 wireless base station on xp pro.

I have a cable connection.

The setup wizard stops when it tries to Program to Base
Station.

It says I should reset the base station (done)
It says I should remove any internet security or firewall
software.

I don't have any installed.

xp ICF is also turned off.

Anyone know what's wrong?
